"SUBHARAMBH 2026"
1st Jan 2026
SUBHARAMBH is a special New Year celebration hosted at Hare Krishna Mandir, North Guwahati, offering everyone an opportunity to spiritualize their natural tendency to celebrate and begin the New Year by invoking the divine blessings of the Lord in the most auspicious way.
Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, the evening unfolds under a starlit sky, beginning with the Grand Palaki procession of Their Lordships Sri Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Dev, Most auspicious Sri Sudarshan Narasimha Yajna, accompanied by ecstatic devotional music and kirtan. This is followed by Maha Arati, Deepdaan, fireworks, and a sumptuous mega dinner feast. The serene atmosphere and spiritually charged ambience make SUBHARAMBH the perfect way to welcome the first day of 2026—leaving one’s heart filled with bliss, fulfillment, and gratitude, to be cherished throughout the year until we meet again next year.
SUBHARAMBH also offers everyone the opportunity to begin the New Year by offering something to the Lord, just as we exchange gifts with our loved ones on special occasions. Any savings from this event will be utilized for various social welfare initiatives of the Hare Krishna Movement, Guwahati, such as the Gurukul School, Hospital feeding programs, Nitya Annadana, and the development of facilities for pilgrims at the Hare Krishna Mandir campus.
With the blessings of Their Lordships Sri Sri Radha Shyamsundar, Sri Jagannath, Baladeva Subhadra Mai, and Sri Nitai Gaur Sundar, may this New Year bring renewed prosperity, peace, and spiritual bliss into your life.
Hare Krishna! 🙏
